Hello Gardeners, and happy April! Wow, can you believe we are already in the fourth month of the year? I am learning a lot and would like to share some of that with you. Let’s dive in.
Have you ever felt like everything was spinning together, and no matter how many ways you try to grab hold, nothing works? Grasping for words, trying to explain, just anything to get a firm grip? Well, I have, and it is exhausting. So I decided that maybe I’ve been going about this incorrectly. Perhaps it wasn’t words I needed; maybe it was quiet and understanding that there is strength in that.
🤫💪🏽❤️
Lately, I’ve learned that real strength doesn’t always involve speaking up or standing tall in every room—it involves discernment, choosing peace over proving a point, knowing what to say, and, more importantly, knowing when not to say it.
There’s power in restraint. Growth in the quiet. And healing in the hush.

For a long time, I felt I had to explain myself to be understood. I wanted to be seen, heard, and known—but all that explaining left me exhausted and empty. I’m learning now that the strength God is building in me doesn’t need a spotlight. It just needs His voice guiding me.
You don’t have to shout to be strong. You don’t have to defend what God is already protecting. And you don’t have to keep giving away your peace just to be polite.
Let the silence work. Let God speak for you. Trust that even when it seems like nothing is happening, growth is still taking place beneath the surface. And remember, I love you very much.
This is your reminder: “Quiet strength is still strength.”
Take Care,
Tori B. 💕🌻
