Hey guys! I am excited to share my new section: “An Anxious Babe.” AAB is a safe space for the babe with anxiety. Let me say; anyone can be a babe. 🥰
Why this?
Since you asked—I was recently diagnosed, and honestly, it was a huge relief. I finally had answers to questions that had puzzled me. I know there is a stigma around anxiety and a lot of times, it’s not discussed. I want to break that barrier and be a safe space for people to come to for help for themselves or a loved one. As always, I am going with the flow, but I figured I could give some insight into what to expect from AAB.
What to expect!
1. Provide tips on how to handle your diagnosis.
2. Accepting that you’re still a total babe—anxiety doesn’t have you; you’re in control!
3. How to cope with the pressure—journaling, Bible plans, mantras, weighted blankets, and more!
4. Let’s keep moving—tips to help manage your anxiety and the occasional brain fog.
As I learn and maneuver this new space, I plan to share what I’ve learned in hopes of helping someone else. I’m excited to see where we go!
Take Care,
