Hey Gardeners! I pray everyone is well and enjoying life. Iโve been busy working, learning, and spending as much time with my Bible as possible. Lately, Iโve been reflecting on my younger self and what she needed, and the phrase โGrace and Spaceโ came to me. So I wanted to share what I learned.

So many times in life, we take the expectations and fears of others and morph them into a part of our purpose and our โwhy.โ It becomes hard to maneuver the space we need to grow. This is where grace gets scarce.
Environment plays a vital role in the life expectancy of a plant. The same is true for us. Your life depends on the environment in which you place yourself. We cannot thrive in places of fear, anger, and sadness. Itโs not possible to yield positive results in a negative environment.
The difference between humans and plants is that plants are unafraid to adapt. They do not let anything stop them from growing and creating. The environment might not be ideal, but a mutation can occur, and that plant can grow like never before. We must be like thatโwilling to grow through grace and space.
Iโve said this before, but I believe it is still relevant. Life can HURT. Every day is not peaches and cream, and itโs not supposed to be. Itโs okay for things to hurt, but you must take the time to create the space you need to heal. Two things can be true simultaneouslyโyou can be happy and grieving, struggling and growing. Life is not linear, and I think we miss some beautiful moments when we donโt hold space to grow or give ourselves the grace needed for growth.

I am going back to blogging more consistently, and my posts may look different, but that has always been my goal for this space, to grow gracefully, and hopefully, my journey can help someone along the way. I love you all immensely, and I thank you for your support!
Take Care,
